I help neurodivergent adults, teens, & children develop deeper understandings of themselves and navigate the world in ways that best suit them. I offer autism & ADHD assessment and ongoing support. Our sessions give you a space to be yourself without judgment while processing traumas / overwhelm, & trying new techniques to find what works best for you.

Together, we will develop your awareness, re-regulate your nervous system, heal old wounds, and learn new skills that empower you to be yourself in a strange world. You will learn grounding techniques, develop self-trust, and move stuck emotions.

Gentle approaches such as clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, expressive arts, dreamwork, "parts" therapy, and body-oriented psychotherapy support clients in uncovering their inner wisdom. Fostering curiosity and emotional expression is a major aspect of my practice.
